Leadership in ministry is very similar to developing a sustainable winning sports team.  Here is how!

Throughout the year, I take some time to answer leadership questions about ministry to men.  Today, I am responding to this question:  “How do we keep ourselves motivated year after year?”

There are many distractions and many issues calling for your attention.  Building a ministry that will truly build disciples requires intentional discipline over a long period of time.  One of the great battles for all leaders is how to stay motivated – especially when it feels like nothing is going your way or there are other priorities pulling for your attention.

The following video from Promise Keepers Canada is part of our Blueprint Leader Tips series.  These videos are emailed every two months to men who have taken the Blueprint Leadership Training.

If you have a question you would like addressed in these leader tips, please complete the “Ask Kirk a Question” form on the sidebar.
